   • Sole engineer owning HCA's Badge Pay program end to end: a badge-based payment system for cafeterias, gift shops and retail across 250+ facilities, used by ~146,000 employees monthly and generating over $5M in monthly payroll deductions.
   • Designed and maintained Python + Airflow ETL pipelines that process financial transactions and employee data, integrating vendor systems with internal payroll infrastructure.
   • Built and maintained automated SFTP/FTP workflows and SQL transformations that ensure accurate, timely payroll deductions from badge transactions.
   • Built Power BI dashboards for Lawson payroll badge-pay processing, monitoring intake, load outcomes and deduction reconciliation across HR entities.
   • Used GitHub Copilot to document and modernize legacy custom COBOL programs supporting Infor Lawson Payroll, improving maintainability and delivering overdue process improvements to outdated workflows.
   • Worked within CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps integrated with GitHub, using pull requests and automated builds to deliver payroll application changes to production.
